2008 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a warm spicy, black pepper nose. The palate entertains flavors of spearmint and black currant. Aged in oak barrels lends to a slight tobacco finish. Pairs well with close friends and great conversation. Also enjoyable with beef, lamb, pasta marinara and rich cheeses.

2008 Malbec

This decadent Malbec starts with juicy, ripe strawberry and raspberry aromas with a slightly toasty nose. The palate shows enormous fruit flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry all in perfect balance. Then finishes up nicely with dusty blueberry, plum and mocha. Possible pairings include wild game, steak, BBQ and roasted lamb.
